Review of Council of Vapor Defiant Ceramic Sub-Ohm Tank

With more and more tanks being released that use ceramic vaporizers, Council of Vapor was not going to lag behind and released a tank that uses ceramic vaporizers. It is called the Defiant Ceramic Sub-Ohm Tank.

I really like its design, it’s very unusual. The red orings at the top of the tank, the auxiliary airflow on the driptip, but most of all the open vaporizer and the cut-off dome stand out. The tank is 22 mm in diameter and its height with the driptip is 47 mm. The tank is made of stainless steel, and the glass is just plain glass.

When disassembled, the device consists of five parts: base, vaporizer, glass, dome with topcap and driptip. If necessary, you can easily disassemble it to wash or replace the glass.

Top filling is very convenient, the holes are huge, you can easily fill the tank from a bucket. But it is better not to fill from a bucket, because most likely the liquid will get into the shaft, I think it would be worth to make it a little higher, and filling would be just perfect. Inside the driptip is a splash guard. e-cigarettes online boutique in australia Closing and opening the tank is very easy, you just need to take out the driptip. On the one hand, it is convenient, but if too much liquid gets on the orings and the driptip will not hold well you will obviously not like it, for example, the driptip can fall out in your pocket and then you know what will happen. The volume of the tank is 3.1 ml, not a lot, to be honest, but for ceramic coils it’s not a bad size.

As you have already realized the coils here are ceramic, but not everything is so good, ceramic is used here instead of absorbent cotton, and it is porous, the coil itself is still metal, all this indicates that the coils will be far from eternal. The resistance of the vaporizers is 0.5 Ohm, and the liquid enters through six very large holes on the vaporizer body. The range of vaporizer operation is 40-75 W.

The blowing is lateral and consists of four huge 7x2mm holes. It seems to me that the blowing is too much, even two such holes would cope without any problems. The blowing is adjusted by turning the adjustment ring.

To be honest, I don’t really like replaceable vaporizers, but with the price of the tank at $24, it’s understandable that we won’t get a serviceable ceramic. The design is very good, and the tank in general is not bad for its price. So the tank is definitely worth considering that other ceramic tanks are more expensive.
