Let’s start with the appearance as always. In my opinion, the Model T RDA’s design is fine, but there is almost nothing to make it stand out. What stands out is the very unusual shape of the airflow holes, located on the sides in the shape of an inverted letter T. Later I will tell you why it is done this way.

The unusual shape of the air holes and the drip tip is not the only thing the Model T RDA can boast of, the shape of its base is also unusual and most of all resembles the Velocity base. I, as well as the guys from EHPRO and Duality Designs team got tired of the monotonous Velocity bases that differ only by the size of the holes. So they decided to make their own variation of this base. The lower posts are not different from the usual ones, but the upper ones are kerfs, where the legs of the spiral are pressed from above. This solution will give even more comfort when installing spirals. The size of each hole is 2.5mm, they may be a little wider at the top.

Now let’s talk in more detail about the airflow. As I mentioned above, they are made in the shape of the letter T for a reason. The shape of the airflow is due to the fact that the spiral heats up from the center to the edges, so in the center of the spiral you need more airflow, and on the edges less. Thus, the manufacturer assures that the flavor transfer is significantly improved. The blowing adjustment is as unusual as it looks, 3 presets of blowing settings are available, which you can see in the picture below:

It’s time to summarize the results. In a word, great job! The design may not appeal to many people because of its simplicity, but the functionality of the drip is on a high level. I really liked the unusual blowing, which may soon become a new trend.
